01.Acceptance of Termos
By accessing the SANCO website (sancofd.com) or engaging with our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Termos e Condições and our Política de Privacidade. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors, prospects, customers, and partners interacting with SANCO.
02.Use of Site
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract content without permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
03.Produtos & Serviços
SANCO designs, manufactures, and supplies precision dispensing, conformal coating, curing, and full-line automation equipment for electronics manufacturing. Produto specifications, images, and descriptions on our website are for reference only and may be updated without prior notice.
Final product specifications are confirmed in writing in the official quotation or sales contract.
04.Pedidos & Quotations
Todos quotations issued by SANCO are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. An order is binding only when:
- The customer issues a formal purchase order matching the quotation
- SANCO confirms acceptance in writing
- Required deposit (if applicable) has been received
SANCO reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion.
05.Pagamento Termos
Standard payment terms are defined in each sales contract. Typical arrangements include:
- 30-50% advance payment upon order confirmation
- Balance before shipment or by negotiated milestone
- Pagamento by T/T (wire transfer) or L/C (letter of credit) for international orders
Todos payments are net of bank fees, taxes, duties, and tariffs unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.
06.Delivery & Risk Transfer
Delivery times are estimates based on production schedule at time of order. SANCO will provide regular updates and notify customers promptly of any delays. Standard shipment terms are FOB Shenzhen unless otherwise agreed (Incoterms 2020).
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or as defined in the agreed Incoterm.
07.Garantia
SANCO equipment is covered by a garantia padrão de 12 meses from the date of installation or 14 months from shipment, whichever comes first. The warranty covers:
- Defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions
- Replacement of defective parts (excluding wear items)
- Remote technical support for warranty issues
The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, unauthorized modification, environmental factors outside specifications, or normal wear of consumables.

08.Limitação de responsabilidade
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SANCO's total liability arising from any contract or product shall not exceed the contract value. SANCO is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profits, lost data, production downtime)
- Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification
- Third-party claims unrelated to product defects
09.Intellectual Property
Todos content on the SANCO website — including text, images, logos, videos, and product designs — is the property of SANCO or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The "SANCO" name and logo are registered trademarks of Shenzhen Sanco Tecnologia Co., Ltd.
10.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during quotation, technical evaluation, or project execution strictly confidential. This includes process details, pricing, technical specifications, and any non-public information disclosed in writing or verbally.
Mutual non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be signed upon request before sharing sensitive material.
11.Force Majeure
SANCO is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions, port closures, raw material shortages, or transportation disruptions. In such events, delivery dates will be extended accordingly.
12.Lei aplicável & Dispute Resolution
These Termos are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from or related to these Termos shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court for binding arbitration in accordance with its rules.
